Henley Stone Specialist was appointed by Morgan Sindall Construction Yorkshire to deliver the complete brickwork installation package at the Middlecross Extra Care Housing Scheme in Armley, Leeds.

Located on a former brownfield site between Armley Grove Place and Simpson Grove, the three-storey development comprises 65 energy-efficient and affordable extra care apartments, together with communal facilities including a 50-seat dining area and dedicated care services designed to support independent living.

Our Scope

Henley Stone Specialist’s package includes the full brickwork installation across the development, incorporating stainless-steel masonry support systems and bracketry within the external façades.

The works include:

• Brickwork installation
• Stainless-steel masonry support and bracketry
• Façade detailing and interface coordination
• Coordination with adjoining trades and the wider construction programme

The project required close coordination between the brickwork, support systems and surrounding façade elements to achieve the required alignment, detailing and quality across the external envelope.
