Henley Stone Specialist, part of the Henley Construction Management Group, is proud to be delivering the complete brickwork installation package for the new Middlecross Extra Care Housing Scheme in Armley, Leeds. This project represents another significant milestone in our continued collaboration with our valued client, Morgan Sindall Construction Yorkshire, and reflects our shared commitment to delivering outstanding construction excellence.

Project Overview

Situated on a former brownfield site between Armley Grove Place and Simpson Grove, the new Middlecross development will bring forward a modern, three-storey extra care complex comprising:

• 65 high-quality, energy-efficient, and affordable apartments
• Communal facilities including a 50-seat dining area
• Dedicated care services to promote independent living for older residents

The development has been designed to enhance community well-being while ensuring long-term sustainability and inclusivity.

Our Role

Henley Stone Specialist is delivering a comprehensive brickwork installation package, including the integration of stainless-steel support systems and bracketry, which are critical to both the structural performance and the visual quality of the external façades. Our scope includes:

• High-precision structural brickwork
• Façade solutions with advanced support systems
• Detailing and integration with other trades for seamless delivery
