We’re pleased to share some great news from the site – Tom Beaumont, our Head Labourer, has been awarded Employee of the Month by our valued client and principal contractor, Morgan Sindall.
Tom is currently working with our specialist brickwork team on the Middlecross Care Home project in Leeds, where he’s been recognised for going above and beyond in his role. His commitment to maintaining high standards, supporting the team, and leading with a strong focus on health and safety has made a real impact.
Recognition like this means a lot – not just to the individual, but to all of us. It’s a reflection of the professionalism, care, and effort our teams bring to site every day.
